Outreach Community Support Center
(OCSC)

The Outreach Community Support Center (OCSC) was founded in 2007 in Caruthersville, Missouri by Pastor Jones and Mrs. Jones of Divine Holiness Outreach Ministries to meet the need they saw among local youth for a safe and supportive afterschool space. In 2014, a dedicated base of volunteers formally incorporated the OCSC as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The goal of the OCSC is to provide an enriching, supportive, positive afterschool environment where youth can thrive, become resilient, and have the best chance at a productive and happy life.
The OCSC interrupts the cradle-to-prison pipeline and creates better outcomes for
youth because it provides early intervention and investment in youth. The OCSC
welcomes every youth with open arms, investing in each child to seed greater hope and
self-confidence.

Serving Our Community since 2005

At the Outreach Community Support Center, we believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment for community members of all ages. The OCSC has a full-size basketball court, office space, industrial kitchen, game room, TV room, a reading room and activity rooms.

Support the Community with the USDA Feeding Program

OCSC is a cornerstone of the Pemiscot County community, serving as a beacon of hope and support for individuals and families in need. We firmly believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves a safe and nurturing environment in which to grow and thrive. We are also proud to offer year-round USDA feeding programs. Through our dedication to the community, we positively impact the lives of approximately 1800 individuals each year.

Building Bridges through Outreach

The OCSC provides transportation to kids who may need a ride to the outreach center, and back home.
One way we prioritize this is by providing transportation to kids who may need a ride to the outreach center and back home.
